Hi my name is Sylvia Liu and I'm a student from Milpitas High school. I've worked hard to get into Ringling School of Art and Design which is one of the top 10 art schools in the U.S. But I'm not able to pay my tuition fee and I've been chosen to compete in a $20,000 scholarship competition and need your help to win.
